Shipping Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and take care in shipping our chocolate to you. We handle shipping policies placing customer satisfaction at the center. Please refer to our policy guidelines below and feel free to contact us if you have further questions!


Domestic - US

  1. Orders take an estimated 2-4 business days to be delivered after shipment.
  2. The cutoff shipping time is 3PM eastern time.
  3. Tracking is provided on all orders. Raw Chocolate Love is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
  4. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Raw Chocolate Love is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
  5. Raw Chocolate Love is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.
  6. Customers can choose expedited shipping options at checkout.
  7. Holiday, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact processing and shipping times.


NOTE: All chocolate bars and confections are made fresh, so please allow ample time for manufacturing and shipping when ordering - up to 3 business days.
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carrier. 

*Shipping price increases in warmer temperatures to include heat insulation in order to ensure our chocolate arrives in solid pieces. We only ship Mon-Wed in the warmer months so that packages aren't left in shipping hubs over the weekend.


Overnight Shipping

If you choose this option, it will only be applied if ordered before 11:30am same day.


Sending Gifts / Future Shipments / Special Handling

-We're happy to include any notes with our gifts! In your cart, there is a field that says 'Notes.' Please write detailed instructions on what you'd like us to write there.

-If you'd like an order to be sent on a future date, please specify that in the 'Notes' field of the cart.

-If you have any special handling instructions, please specify them in the 'Notes' field of the cart. 



Please note that if weather conditions are too hot for shipping chocolate, we will delay until a cooler period. We want to make sure your chocolate arrives in the proper state.

To help keep your chocolate in the best condition, please use a speedy shipping option and make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the chocolate once it is delivered, or that the shipping carrier can leave your order in a cool dry area.

Generally, for area's above 80 degrees F, the only way to have chocolate arrive in good condition is to use overnight shipping.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee chocolate condition in this kind of weather.
